Application For Arts Scholarship
Applicants must be a 4th - 8th grade BIPOC student interested in dance, theatre, musical theatre, voice training, or playing the piano or instrument.
Application Process:

Complete the form below and submit with a parent letter (see below) and upload a performance video (see below)

Performance Video: Submit a video performing their selected art of interest.

Parent Letter: The parent must submit a letter of the following:

A list of programs the student has participated in.

Name of teacher the student is presently working with.

Why are the funds needed, and what is the total amount requested to continue?

If the student isn't involved in a training program, explain the challenges causing the delay.

Participate in an interview process with at least two board members.

Students may be asked to participate in a talent screening process.

Provide the contact information of a teacher or person who is not related to the student but can provide information about the student's work ethic, creativity, and ability to learn.

If selected, the student and parent must agree to participate in an agreed-upon training program from September 2023 through June 2024.
